Natural Food Colors

Foods come in a variety of colors, which can increase appetite and enrich our dietary habits. However, maintaining natural color over an extended period is often challenging, and coloring agents are used to adjust this at the processing stage.

Naturally derived colors retain the unique odor of their original ingredients, and influence the odor of processed food.

We provide natural colors with less of the odor of the original ingredient, by using odor extraction technologies like supercritical fluid extraction.
