Interaction of aroma and taste with volatile compounds in natural materials

The analysis of aroma compounds in natural products is important in the creation of new fragrances and flavors. We have developed new flavors using our proprietary evaluation technique, TASTING-GC. In this presentation, we presented our fruit analysis study.
