"Effects of Coffee and Curry Intake on Electrogastrography" announced
at the Society for Science on Form, Japan Schule 2017.

Unlike for vision and hearing, digitization of odor relies on human sensory evaluation. However, objective odor evaluation methods based on bioreactivity when smelling scents have been under consideration in recent years. This study focused on the biometric approach of non-invasive electrogastrography and considered its viability as an objective means of evaluating scent. First, electrogastrography readings were taken on ingestion of foods (coffee and curry) for preliminary investigation, with results suggesting that timing (pre- or post-meal) of coffee ingestion may produce varying influences on stomach function.

Furthermore, these research results were presented orally at the Society for Science on Form, Japan Schule 2017, under the title "Effects of Coffee and Curry Intake on Electrogastrography."
